The bar has erratic hours, sometimes closing early with limited drink options, which can be frustrating if you're looking for a late-night refreshment. There’s also a noticeable lack of ambiance. the place feels rather soulless, making it less inviting when unwinding after a long day.

Had a fab time! The location was spot on, just a quick stroll from Aldgate East station. We loved the modern lobby and the fact that we could order food via WhatsApp—super handy! The breakfast was yummy too. The only thing was the room felt a bit basic—kinda reminded me of a student dorm. Still, it was well worth it!

It was just a commendable fit for a weekend escape in London with good value. I ordered room service, and the food was delivered on a nice tray. Make sure to ask about dining options since there’s no phone in the room.

Just spent 2 nights here with my partner. The location was fab, just a stone's throw from a tube station and surrounded by cool markets. Breakfast was on point with loads of choices, and our room was super clean. Only bummer was the shower—no bath, which we kinda missed. Staff were friendly and kept the vibe chill.

Comfortable room, friendly staff, with easy access to public transport, including Aldgate East tube station just a five-minute walk away, as well as a great breakfast option that suited our family perfectly.

staying at ibis was a great experience! the location is super close to the east algate metro, making it easy to explore. the breakfast buffet was delicious with lots of options, both meat and veggie. a special shoutout to valentine, who made my birthday extra special with a dessert and a song!

The location was superb! Just steps away from the tube and near Spitalfields market. Only downside was the shower pressure was low, but overall, I had a fantastic stay! 😊

The location, just a minute from the train station, made exploring the area convenient. the windows weren't soundproof, leading to disturbances from the street at night. the towels appeared old and could use an update, and while breakfast options were adequate, they didn’t stand out as exceptional. a pleasant stay with room for improvement.
